A custom-made wig is a hairpiece constructed specifically for an individual and created to be natural-looking or flamboyant according to the consumer's taste.

Custom orders are made based on your specifications, therefore returns are not accepted. Customize your unit by choosing the length, texture and color you desire. To purchase an already made wig unit from Luxaire Cosmetics Wig collection, check out our closure and frontal wigs tab.

Below, please fill out the wig order form. Allow 24-28 hour for a response. Once form is received, you will get a text message from Luxaire confirming the order. Once you confirm the order, a deposit of 50% or more is required to start the wig unit. Form of payment PayPal

If you do not receive a text, that means that specific month is booked for wig orders. When you select a date and time, you are only booking a slot. In the form, you will put the date you need the wig done by. Please keep in mind it takes about 5-10 days for the custom wig unit to be ready. The remaining balance is due in CASH if you are picking up and PAYPAL if the wig is being shipped. If your unit is being ship, please make sure to provide the accurate shipping address to avoid any delays.

All custom units come ready to wear. That means when you take the wig out the package all you have to do is put it on, you don’t need a stylist. When ordering a custom unit please look for the “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX” and insert your head size, detailed instructions on how to get your head size is under the "Custom Unit Services" tab. Also give detailed description on how you would like your unit styled. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER UNLESS YOU READ ALL INFORMATION UNDER THE "CUSTOM UNIT SERVICES TAB ON WEBSITE".

This includes the policy that must be read & understood before placing the order.

*I understand I will receive a text message from Luxaire cosmetics confirming my order and proceeding with payment.
*I understand I will receive or pick up my unit by the chosen date.
*I understand once the wig is complete I have up to 5 days to pick up or a late fee of $50 will apply.
* If there is any discrepancy, defect or any dissatisfaction with the order, I have up to 5 days after the pick up or ship date to address the issue to Luxaire and get it fixed. If NOT a repair fee will apply.
*I understand the first wig revision is free at charge depending on the issue and any revision after that I will be charged.
